Theresa is passionate about children and education.  She spent 31 years in classrooms working with children  to help them become successful learners and prevent school failure.   She believes that teachers and parents should work together to maximize learning potential for children regardless of their abilities.

Theresa has earned a Bachelor's of  Science in Special Education as well as a Masters in Special Education.  Her teaching license is in the area of Special Education.  She has worked with students from high school to early childhood.  Her passion evolves around the areas of Early Childhood Special Education and Learning Disabilities.  She has specialized training in the areas of Autism, Assessments of Children for Special Education services and Response to Intervention.
